1.How could I get samples?

Sample orders deliver immediately after receiving the T.T. You can choose the express shipping like: FedEx, UPS, DHL , EMS etc. but shipping cost may be higher, if you use Air freight shipping cost will be reasonable. It's always better to order bigger quantity then the freight cost lesser and your profit is higher.
For sample orders we generally use speed post to ship, also you can provide us you shipping account like TNT, DHL, FedEx etc. for shipping the goods. Our prices are x warehouse Shenzhen now so all the transport charges you have to bear .
We do not supply any free sample to our first customer. The sample charge will give back when you order bigger quantity again.

2.How to place an order?

Please send us your purchase order by Email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order.

* Shipping information-company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport, transportation method(by courier,by air or by ocean)

* Product information-model numbers,quantity,unit price.

* After your final confirmation of the price and Qty, we will issue official PI to you.

* Our QC team will strat inspecting & testing goods.

* Our shipping department will ship the goods and inform you the tracking No. after getting your payment receipt.

3.How much the courier freight will be?

Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and volume of the package.

4.How can I get your price list?

Please send Email or fax to inform us which items you are interested in. We will give you our price idea within 24 hours.

5.What is the Minimum order quantity?

The MOQ is 10 pcs each item for LCD displays, Touch Digitizer;
10 pcs for full housings, faceplate and back covers;
20 pcs for flex cables, speakers, and other small parts;

6.What's your usual payment term for orders?

Bank Transfer (1-3 working days to arrive) also knows as Wire transfer or T/T
Western Union ( Same Day )
Paypal (for Sample order, Paypal fee is to be paid by buyer)

7.How can the products be sent to us?

Express Courier - DHL/FedEx/TNT/UPS ( Door to door service ), which usually takes 3 working days worldwide.
EMS / China Post / Hong Kong Post / Hong Kong EMS, which usually takes 7-10 working days worldwide.
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity,weight,volume,transportation way, destination country(airport,sea port).

8.What's the warranty of your products?

6 months to 12 months, depending on the products. We accept free replacement for unqualified products.

9.How can we become your sole distributor?

If you can sell our products USD5,000 to USD20,000 per month,youcould be one of our distributors in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD30,000 per month,you could be our sole distributor in the country.

10.How can we get your mothly new products announcement?

Please Email us and inform us your requirements, and then we will send you the updated price list and catalog.

11.I just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what to do?

We are manufacturer and we don't sell to end-user. Please note that all parts are wholesale only, not retail.
